What’s the process like?
We start with a kickoff call or meeting where I learn about you and your business, I then follow up with a questionnaire that informs me about your issues and where you want to go. From here we move into the assessment phase where I work alongside you as a part of your organization so that I may first hand collect the data I need to help you grow.
I work with you to understand current state of your organization. I work with you in identifying improvement areas and score them according to their potential impact on your bottom line, and where it is you want to go. Assessment lays the foundation for growth.
Duration: 1 – 3 months
We define the plan, tactical steps, and milestones, that will drive our strategic plan, and put in place a roadmap that will guide us during the execution phase of the project.
The strategy and planning phase is critical, as is the scenario planning that comes with it. It helps us create a nimble plan that is malleable and idetifies the key data points we need to collect.
Duration: 2 months
We put the strategy into motion, focusing on the overaching marketing & sales, people, finance, and product – collecting data, and quantifying progress and we walk through the milestones defined in the strategy phase. We see short term gains, and lay the foundation for long term growth.
